We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date. After 5 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- The item must not be damaged, broken, or altered in any way.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Customized or personalized jewelry.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us in secure packaging.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
